Both kids had school openhouse this evening and hubby had to work so I needed a meal that was “forgiving” – something I could whip up, heat up and make the family shut up. My “Lynda’s Lightening Lasagna” did just the trick. The lasagna set and cooled while we attended the events and was the perfect tummy warmer when we returned home. Nutrition Tip of the Day- Don’t boil your lasagna noodles. My favorite pasta is Dreamsfield. I merely layer the uncooked noodles with the lasagna ingredients and I have perfect pasta (lasagna) everytime. The tomato sauces and cheeses add the needed moisture.
